CBOLABS is a Research & Development firm, founded by Leif G Bohman and focused on:

• Investment Management (IM), with the valuation of corporations and equity portfolios, and the globalization of capital markets.

• Business Management (BM), with corporate strategy and organization theory.

 

The firm CBOLABS was established in 2009 - to serve as a basis for consolidating experiences and documentations from earlier BM-projects and findings, as well as to focus on increasing demands for a more practical and coherent equity-portfolio theory and outperforming IM-methods in a more open and global equity market-context.

 

Based on Nordic stock-market research and equity analytics software-developments with a team of students at Lund University, this enabled successful patent applications in the United States, through the IP-advisory lawyer firm Banner & Witcoff in Washington D.C.

  Experience from international stock-market, corporate and management research. Venture capitalist, M&A and corporate strategy advisor. Educated at the Stockholm School of Economics and Stockholm University, specializing in international business and information science.

  Experience from post-doctoral research in biochemistry from University of Leuven, Belgium and the Karolinska Institute. Educated at the Karolinska Institute, University College London, UK and Stockholm University.
